Once I tried to search the citation record of my research articles and books using google as search engine . The search displays were not understandable by me. It is a request to both Researcgate Team and colleagues to enlighten me. My feeling is that many citations displayed via google are not yet counted in Researcgate record

Google Scholar lists all citations your work received and doesn't check the credibility of the citing document. One of my papers was cited in several dissertations and theses, and also reports. Google listed these sources but ResearchGate doesn't. I stopped using Google Scholar to check the number of citations for my papers, it's not reliable
