Hi guys,
As I know RFID tags are transponder which means they need to receive a message through the antenna and after demodulating an answer will be generated. However, I wonder if we can bypass the demodulator and turn the tag into a transmitter. please guide me if you have any solution for that?

I suggest that you study the attached documents and as a reference for them. A new multi-ID for general and economical use. RFID tag (tag S) suitable for transmitting sensor data introduced. When connected to the digital output of a generic regardless of the type of parameter measured, the label S will transmit the sensor value using standard RFID technologynology. Another suggestion is to use IoT sensors.

RF id tags store id information in the memories of the TAG under the control of a local microcontroller. It contains a wireless transceiver that receives the read order and sends the requested ID data to the reader. It already transmits its data to the reader.
I think you need to describe the function that you want to perform by the ID TAG
other than i described above? I could not understand you!

Passive RFID tags will not transmit data unless they are queried first. The simple reason is that they need to be energised first by the RFID reader who also does the querying. On the other hand, active RFID tags would be able to send the data periodically or something else in the environment triggers their response. The downside is that they would need an external power supply such as a battery or an ambient energy-harvesting subsystem.
It depends on how you are viewing the problem. The difficulty in designing complete tag circuitry is that you need to master a lot of blocks (demodulator, rectifier, logic circuit, etc.) and you need to make them run seamlessly together. A rather simple turnaround to realize an RFID tag commuting between two states (RCS high and RCS low) is to use an RF Switch connected to the tag antenna. The RF Switch could be a semiconductor device (PIN Diode or FET). In this case, the driving DC voltage would be supplied via a separate DC square source.
