It would be much easier to do this using a simulator such as OPNET or NetSim.

You have to mention your various settings and condition. Without knowing your settings and condition, how a person may give you some suggestions? Another things, do you want to simulate it in real network or in a simulator?  

You can use network simulators or set experimental test bed.
