If data is present in cloud database. And we have take that data and apply ML algo's for data Mining and predictions.
Even use Deep learning for the same.
But how one can use the data that is in cloud and that data is real ( ex. Weather ) i.e. data is updatable.
How to use it for analysis?

there are many ways to do that, where you can combine different technologies to achieve it. you have also to decide if the prediction will be online or offline ?.
First, you need to extract the data and pass it to your ML using for example through a webservices call, then feed your ML to have a prediction, after that you will make some decision or actions
