Currently, many journals especially reputed, established and high impact factor journals emphasis novelty compared to solid work in a traditional or potential topic. Hence, the introduction should have a mandatory novelty statement. It may fall short of acceptance to find a gap alone from existing literature and frame the objectives of the research work. The reference section should not be too old for the same reason to publish in those category of journals. Majority of the reference section should cite literature from the past five years or so.
Structure could be .. chapters on introduction, review of literature, conceptual framework, analysis and interpretation and finally findings, suggestions and conclusion.
Though this is a very traditional method of weiting a thesis, the flow in these chapters is considered to be very relevant and logical.
Make the first outline tentative. INTRODUCTION — State your thesis and the purpose of your research paper clearly. What is the chief reason you are writing the paper? BODY — This is where you present your arguments to support your thesis statement. CONCLUSION — Restate or reword your thesis .
