I am trying to calculate phonon dispersion for a system. When I run ph. x, it generates 8 q-points, but the calculation takes 12 min with HPC, and in the output, I have only dyn0, dyn1, and dyn3. My request is to suggest a way to go out of this problem so that I can complete my calculation.

can you please share the ph.in file here. Because if you have deifned last_q =3 then it will calculate for the first three dynamical matrices.
check that in ph.in file.

check the number of inequivalent q-points in ph.out
it may not be the same as in ph.in (equivalent).
