I am using spice model card of finfet 14nm for designing LNA . but after designing when i proceed for simulation i am getting this error windoe : error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist parsing. ADS syntex parser error , line 9:

kindly help me in resolving this issue.

i am also attaching top level design netlist and my circuit.
