How to run Femlab in MATLAB ?

I need to design an arbitrary waveguide using MATLAB.

Femlab would be the right tool for this work.

Is there any extra software needed to run my fem lab or is it inside the MATLAB?

In command, prompt if i run "femlab" it is showing an error.

So what to do next?
