Mesh density of 0.02/Angstrom would be great, but I use 0.03/A which also gives reliable results.

This may vary for each material. Must ensure that you check the convergence of energy with respect to no. Of k-points and then using the converged set of k points proceed further

Here are the steps:

Calculate the energy at a different combination of k-points grids

Find the convergence by plotting the energy as a function of k-points. The convergence means, there should be a negligible to no energy difference if you increase the k-points after a certain point.

Do the post-proc calculations with those grids.
