I am having disturbance at the out put of my plant. I want to have an equivalent input disturbance for the same. So the disturbances will be multiplied inverted plant tranfer function as per rules of block diagram. However, I am not able to invert transfer function as it becomes improper.

If you had provided the TFs in your question, it would have been easier for me to answer. However, one does not need to invert the plant TF to perform the necessary multiplication, you can use Matlab's built in commands like "parallel", "series" and "feedback" to simplify the BDs.
Thank you in advance . My transfer function is K/(Ts^2+s). K and T are parameters. I have a disturbance 'do' at output of this transfer function. I want its equivalent disturbance at the input. As per Block diagram reduction rule, I have to to divide 'do' with the transfer function. How to go about it. Thank you so much once again..
You can invert your transfer function and multiply it with "do" in frequency domain i.e. by taking the Laplace transform of "do". What is the value of "do"? If it is constant (Say C), then its Laplace will be "Cs", hence your "di" will remain proper by division.

do is a transfer function multiplied with gaussian noise and my plant is also in the form of transfer function (laplace). How to do it in frequrncy domain because laplace and frequecy domain are not same though lil similar
