How to integrate and visualize IP-MS data with existing PPI databases?

Hello,

I would like to integrate and visualize my IP-MS data with existing PPI datasets. What is the most convinent way to do it for instance on cytoscape. I do lack programming experience, so a 'user-friendly' with a GUI will be very useful.
