How to implement B1 inhomogenuity into the T1 mapping?

Hey all.

We are currently running trouble with using variable Flip angle to calculate T1 values. We have acquired a B1 map (actual FA map) with lower resolution, but we are not sure how to do a pixel-by-pixel correction for the T1 mapping. The protocol we used is the Simens MapIT, but we would like to post-process ourselves, not using their inline map.
