Well Actually I am interested in perusing, my doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, which is possible in IGNOU in Delhi, but the trouble is that as I am having experience of 14+, for that I need to do the M Tech in Mechanical Engineering, as for the person like me who has family and responsibilities to deliver, can't afford the regular or morning classes of M Tech in state like Delhi as because of job, so the last option is do either a Virtual / Correspondence /evening /weekend classes of Masters to pursue of dream of completing a Doctorate after Masters in Mechanical / Industrial Production / Industrial / Production Engineering.
Upto my knowledge for me it is next to impossible to find such source / answer / solution for such a small problem.
As I want to continue my carrier a Professor in place of any corporate Engineer, its my dream.
A sincere and comprehensive answer may please be needed.
