In my ceramic sample which is highly fragile and porous, structure is destroyed on doing FESEM during placing on the stab holder, even charging of the sample take place even at low magnification.
You may try at low energy/potential (2-5 kV) to reduce the charge up and pressure on sample.

Generally it is very difficult to take FESEM on porous ceramic materials.
If you really take migrographs, go for optical microscopy.
or use low power/potential to take SEM.
Try to sputter a thin gold layer to avoid charging and possible this layer will give you some hardness of the investigated material.
I agree with Dr. Monaico Eduard. Vacuum deposition of gold thin layer onto the surface of your sample can solve your problems.
Alternatively to gold coating, you can try carbon coating (less efficient to remove the charges than gold, but it preserves more the microstructure, all the more if you're using a low acceleration voltage (2kV typically)).
