How to convert 32-bit FORTRAN program into 64-bit?

How to write script to convert 32-bit program into 64-bit??

32-bit or 64-bit is set when compiling. You have to compile the source code using the chosen architecture. As far as I know, there's no way to run or convert directly a 32-bit executable into 64-bit.
