Remember the 3R concept: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

For the company operation, it needs to conduct environmental impact analysis, reduce use of environmental hazards (dye) input materials, reduce and recycle the water, if possible.

For the company, at factory design stage, it needs to install waste water treatment plant.

For the Government, it needs to have the legal control on the required waste water quality standard.
