How to connect USB frame grabbers to MATLAB?

I would like to connect a USB frame grabber (EASYCAP) to MATLAB using Imagw Aquisition Toolbox.

It seems to detect the frame grabber, but MATLAB does not recognize the frame rate, making it unable to detect any frames in an analog video detected by the USB frame grabber.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this problem?
