Computer 2--> Ubuntu 14.04.........
How to connect these two PC's, as one computer becomes the AP and another a client...... .
So how could I successfully make these two computers connect wireless and can collect the CSI data on both at the same time after ping them at the same time....

I suppose the easiest is to create a wireless network via the gui on the host you intent to use as the AP to which the other client would connect and additionally you can later modify the subnet ranges to your liking. Not sure though which wireless tools are available from the official repos of Ubuntu for channel state information but Kali is a considerable option. WindTalker attack techniques are worthwhile too.
