I need to teach how to conduct research using internet or library sources, therefore I need to develop a successful curriculum for the proposed training on how to conduct research>
You can first introduce your students to Google Form, where they can practice the survey research data collection through the internet. Moreover, you can monitor and evaluate their sources of data collection if it is in line with that particular research.
If you are aiming to introduce your students to research you have several paths:
If using educational software, you should check the history of participation, the same goes for LMS like Moodle.
You might complement such information with an interview (maybe via Google Forms)
If doing a literature review you can use Google Scholar at least. Of course, it is better if you have access to academic databases like Scopus or Web of Science, in this case, you can try Systematic Review, PRISMA method can be useful.
You can use data information table applied by students to any source they found, making an abstract or having the piece of information they need in; they will make a schema they can familiarize with.
