I want to analyze that after fusion and before fusion what is the difference in quality of image...I know about correlation coefficient, RMSE , UIQI, ERGAS etc...not able to calculate.
I tried calculating using statistics generated but since values of min and max lies in different ranges for original and fused images , i am not sure about how to use those values of mean SD etc.

Perhaps you should try to use post fusion statistical information to identify the changes in pixel data and reflectance values of each spectral band.
Kishor...that's what i want to record but not able to do so using ENVI. I tried band math but since file size is varying after fusion...i am not able to...
also i want to read band wise data after fusion but due to difference in file size ...not able to do so
Which satellite and sensor data you are used for band fusion? You may try ArcGIS 10.4 Images Analysis tool or Erdas Imagine 2014 for same instead ENVI. Also try to change band data into binary fie so you can used it with SPSS for statistical analysis.
@Kishor ..I am using Landsat 8 MS fused with PAN band of same sensor.
Please go with ArcGIS Image analysis and spatial statistics tools you will got your solution
