To compare in terms of performance protocols, depending on the numbers of nodes in WSN, I would understand some points:
1) End to end that mean decreases as the number of nodes decreases? correct ou no?
2) what means that overhead is best in a protocol compared to another? correct or no ?
3) what means that PDR is best in a protocol compared to another? correct or no ?
4) What means that throughput is almost similar in the 2 protocols ?

I am doing lots of assumptions answering your questions. Next time please try to re-formulate.
1) end to end (I assume you are referring to delay) is not one to one related to number of nodes but rather to number of hops.
2) overhead is the extra information transmitted instead of data so the protocol can work.
3) PDR is packet drop rate this can be controlled via allowing the packets to be dropped in certain cases, otherwise this is not related to the protocol.
4) Throughput is rate of information that is transferred succesfully. Being similar means that both protocol have similar amount of information rate.

In order to compare we consider mainly two aspects Performance and Cost . performance can be measured with the parameter you mention such as throughput, energy consumption, end to end delay (remember they should be average network) and Cost you should somehow estimate the operational and implementation cost .
