How to calculate the stress-strain curve calculation in Berkovich indenter?

Hi,

I am trying to calculate the elastic-plastic stress-strain curve in nanoindentation test using Berkovich indenter. I came across the attached formula, please see attachment.

My question is: what is the effective radius (Reff) in Berkovich indenter?

Overall, does Berkovich indenter have effective radius?
