As we know the chiral molecules tend to show CD effect in solution and solid state but measuring its efficiency will be explained in terms of disymmetric factor, so how to measure the g luminescence or g absorption.?
Dissymetry Factor is obtained by dividing the CD spectra by their respective UV spectra.
