The cumulative absorption intensity A vis in the visible light region, which is the integral of optical absorption spectra in the range of 400 to 780 nm. I have the absorption spectrum but I dont know how to calculate this parameter ?

It is integrated absorbance which is similar to integrated absorption coefficient. You can integrate the spectrum (choose appropriate range, 400 nm to 780 nm) in Origin software by choosing Analysis/Mathematics/Integrate.
