I need to calculate the medelung energy for cubic, zinc blend and hexagonal lattice. I haven't done this thing before. If anybody knows how to do it(manually or by written program) and share the way with then it would be a great help for me.

Lattice energy is usually calculated using Born-Lande equation which you can find in any general inorganic chemistry book.
Your question is not sufficiently precise. You seem to confuse two things: the Madelung constant and the lattice energy. The Madelung constant is a number, which describes the Coulomb energy difference between an ion pair in a vacuum and this pair in the respective crystal lattice. The constant comes out of an iterative process assuming point charges at the positions of cation and anions in the crystal. The values are available in form of tables for many crystal structure types.
Lattice energy is the energy difference between the ions of a crystal expanded to infinite distances and without all interactions (the hypothetical state of matter of an "ion gas") and the actual interactions in the crystal lattice.
You can calculate the lattice energy of a crystalline compound by taking the Madelung constant of the respective structure type (e.g. rock salt, zink blende) and a Coulomb energy based equation, the formula of Born-Lande.
