By using a power field monitor, it is possible to extract electric (E) and magnetic field (H) mapping of a device. For ex. you can use ANSYS or lumerical FDTD software to do so. There are numerous examples on youtube or lumerical FDTD tutorial page.

One would need to know the application, the excitation (frequency, type), and the dimension (1,2,3D). Also, do you want to use COTS software or develop your own algorithm? For COTS, the answers above appear correct.
