How to calculate area fraction of any color on multi-colored grains in ImageJ?

Dear all,

Does ImageJ extract all multi-colored objects from a background and automatically calculate the area fraction of any color for each object? Is there a simple combination or a flowsheet of plug-ins and filters that can do this in Image J?
