How to build up a 2D sheet with unknow crystal coordinates in Materials studio?

Dear, I'm new to Materials Studio.

I need to build a crystal lattice of a COF, but I have only the structure (I mean an idea made by ChemDraw) without any further information about space group and lattice parameters. I have searched for tutorials for building a 2D sheet, and they all need the lattice parameters. Is there any method to build a 2D lattice from unknown lattice parameters? I mean any supporting tools or software?
