I just deposited a pckage in CRAN to do the job. its name is petitr. I use jackknife instead of bootstrap but it works as well. Tne package includes a function named ranova allowing to devise an analysis of variance between several strains or species. Try it, and if you are addict to bootstrap, I'll study a new version with bootstraping.

@Fatemeh Gajisaffar read Maia et al 2000 article on jacknife procedure. This procedure creates pseudovalues that act as a replicates for all life table parameters. This way the standard error and ANOVA can be applied
