How to analyse Biolog data without the Omnilog platform?

We have used Biolog Gen III plates to analyse the metabolic profiling of a Bacillus sp. strain. However, the Omnilog data processing platform is not available at our lab. Is there another way to analyse absorbance data?

Would it be correct for example to statistically compare each well against the control to determine the successful use of each carbon source by our bacterial strain?
