The good news is: Most universities conisder SCOPUS for author reseach evaluation, not Google Scholar.

Regarding a possible way to do that, i recommend you contact the technical team of google Scholar and they may be able to help.

As far as I know it is not possible to add the citations manually in Google Scholar, see
