Countries with VAT/GST number between 160 to 170. To learn more about this tax from a policy and practical perspective, please be referred to my latest book: Robert F. van Brederode (ed.), Virtues and Fallacies of VAT: An Evaluation after 50 Years, Kluwer, August 2021, an edited volume of 23 chapters. It is divided in two parts: the first part deals with technical topics and the second part contains reports of 6 countries.

VAT (Value Added Tax) and GST(Goods and Services Tax/General Sales Tax) are similar taxes but they are not identical. Turkey and most of the EU countries implement VAT. As far as I know; USA, Australia, Singapore, and Canada implement GST.
