When it comes to earning a nursing degree how long it takes to complete the program depends on a lot of disparate elements. In some schools, earning degree needs 4 years. Do you think it is too long, short or enough? How long should it take to graduate from nursing school?
Unfortunately we have good theoretical courses in nursing, but in many countries, time of students is wasted because of weak train planning in hospitals.
3 - 4 years, depending on the skill sets or competency sets for safe practice and the academic pathway for the Institution
I think 2 years is enough for a course of general nursing and 2 to 3 years for specialized nursing after that.

Depends on the country of Practice. In many African countries, a 3 year diploma qualifies one to become a Registered Nurse. A 4 year bachelor of Nursing also offers another pathway to be registered as well in same countries. The difference here is about ranking, although the scope of practice are same. In Australia, there are different pathways as well. Individuals from high school without any prior studies do a regular 3 year bachelor of Nursing, whereas the graduate entry pathway takes 2 years for people with degrees in any other field.
Depends on what program you choose but at the end 3 to 4 years is enough. The first could be just a nursing degree which takes 3 years and you graduate with national diploma at level 7 then there's the post basic nursing for 18months with a national diploma and the 4 year program with bachelor's degree at level 8. The first two will have a top up program of a year to have a bsc. I think four years is sufficient.
It can certainly be done in 4 years. However, it is a very packed and stressful 4 years. Having a bit of extra time (i.e. 5 years) might reduce stress, although, some students are eager to start working as a grad nurse. It really depends on the individual.
It depends on the country. In my country, Philippines, 4 years to complete a BSN degree and 2 years for Masters program in Nursing. Here in Saudi Arabia, 3 1/2 years in college to take all the theories and clinical practice plus one year internship training program to complete your BSN degree..
I think after high school graduation, 2 years to complete a general nursing degree and 2 years for a special ward for example nursing of orthopedic ward it is better. What is your opinion?
generaly u can get graduate nursing degree in 4 year if u pass all subject timely.
for diploma in nursing u need 3 year diploma programme.
Nursing school takes 3years but it is not equivalent to nursing degree of 5years duration.
