As a proposed research of PHD thesis , I hope to know the relation between value engineering , IBM and projects risk .
How I can know the relation between value engineering , IBM and projects risk?
There can be a relationship between value engineering & project risk. But why & how "IBM" is the only interested construct / variable (in terms of IT company name) in your research? What is your research problem & research objective? Is this research meant to be a case study for IBM?

one of the important programs is the BIM (building information modeling)in construction management,so in order to reduce project risk and to maximize the impact of value engineering , as one of important theory of IBM (international business management ). I want to find relation between those variable to get optimize project management . that is the objectivity of the project .
