We're designing an imaging experiment using optseq2, and the program requires that you input a maximum value for the post stimulus delay window, which should represent the max time between when two stimuli should appear. This value should span the whole length of the HRF. If our stimuli appear for 5 seconds each, how does one determine what window of time should cover the length of the full HRF?
