I would like to suggest you to generate the SISO models and augment individual SISO models in the order of inputs. This is a standard practice in control perspective.

actually I am working on a kind of deliberative system to perform on the data having a nature of multi-inputs and multi-outputs. I tried multi-anfis but its not providing the appropriate results.
