Generally, there are tables which give Raman frequencies for many types of bonds, but depending on the chemistry of your sample (aromatic or alifatic, the presence of intra- or intermolecular bonds) your frequencies may be slightly shifted from those values. It is very difficult to identify an unknown sample by Raman or IR alone, without knowing at least its elemental composition... For best results you may need to couple it with other techniques, such as NMR or mass spectroscopy...
