I need to confirm if my compound shows TADF or not?

a) I am using FP-8000 ST/DS JASCO and they have provided two options one is fluorescence and other phosphorescence directly in their software. With these two spectrum, is it possible to confirm that whether the molecule is TADF or not and what will be the procedure to do it?

b) Another way, I have come across is intensity vs lifetime, with small prompt component and rest delayed component but what if molecule contain heavy atom ? Then how do we distinguish between fluorescence and phosphorescence?

c) if there is any other technique, please do suggest that.
