How do I derive transition probability/potential using Land Change Modeler in Idrisi Selva or Terrset?

Hello fellow scholars, I am trying to predict future land-use change using land change modeler (LCM) in Idrisi selva/terrset. I am facing challenges deriving the transition potentials for change predictions. Does anyone have an idea or resource material to share on how to go about it? Thanks a lot!
