I need to know about multi-controller. How controller can interact to other controller.
I know about master, slave controller, but I'm not sure about interact with other controller. We have to run application for interact on top controller or it can directly interact to each other ?

Normally you'd expect some communications link between the controllers involved, though this is not a necessary condition. (Redundant control apolications can be implemented without a such link - relying on some 'majority decision hardware' layer.)

and switch C connected to controller A. and then i need to moves switch C to connect to controller B.

On my opinion, we can program controller for direct communication to other controller.it's right?
If you speak about SDN, if controllers need to communicate how do you connect them? through a switch? so the security of your network will be a big concern.
"communications link" means that one controller can communicate with another one. Whether this communication is 'direct' or 'not-so-direct' (eg. switched network, relays), does not matter if communication propagation times are no primary criterion.
Do I get it right: you have a 'dumb' (no controller) switch C connected to and controlled by controller A. And now you want to connect it to controller B (which means that the direct control is exerted by controller B), but the controlling unit shall be furthercomre controller A ?
Such schemes are possible. As I stated above, the "direct" control will be exerted by controller B. Now you have to establish a communications link that allows controller A to 'request' controller B to switch the switch C.

A controller can interact with another controller by using the peripheral modules that are used for communication e.g: USART , SPI, I2C which are present within the controller itself.
With the help of programming those peripherals and connection between specific pins of the controllers communication can be established between them.
SPI,I2C could be used for master slave communication. USART could be used for simple transmission and reception.

In the vSwitch and Controller. We have open flow protocol to make them interact with each other.
and In there term of Controller to Controller, we can use I2C or SCL to make them interact right?

I2C is about the most difficult way to have controllers communicate... I personally would prefer a UART based communications link - due to ease of implementation and non-master-slave limitations.
Regarding 'protocol': 'anything' geos - starting with plain ASCII (thus human-readable) protocols and ending eg. with 'IP on serial'. You may want to do a bit of search on google, wiki and alike and choose depending on your specific needs.
