Dear Thaisa,

Correct, arabynoxylans can be found in grasses and cereals.

You can always take your raw material and fractionate arabinoxylans (AX) by solvent gradient in order to obtain AX fractions with increasing ferulate substitution.

Another approach could involve enzymatic feruloylation.
