The first thing that came up my mind is the sweeping window technique. It might be a primitive algorithm but has some strengths among other ones.

Optical flow (OF) or motion history image (MHI).. or if the objects have specific color like blue/red/yellow or mix of other colors, you can apply color filter which is very easy to process..

@Zamir Ibrahim: I have black & white that is gray scale image so its not possible to indetify color of that particle.
