You can use natural anticaking agents include corn starch, kaolin, talc and bentonite (all these being silicate materials). Talc is a powdered natural hydrated magnesium silicate containing varying proportions of materials as alpha-quartz, calcite, chlorite, dolomite, magnesite and phlogopite.
The mechanism of anticaking agents involves either the adsorption of excess moisture or coating of the powder particles to give them a water-repellent character. Some anticaking agents are known to be water soluble, while others are soluble in organic solvents. Some are soluble in both aqueous as well as organic solvents, for example CaSiO3 which is one of the most commonly used anticaking agents.
Also you can use the spray drying or freeze drying techniques.
