How can I view .mb58 formats?

could you please suggest a way to view downloaded data from https://maps.ngdc.noaa.gov/viewers/bathymetry/.

That is a format used in the MBSystem software package. You can process , manipulate and visualize bathymetry datsets with it. It is free, very powerful but requires some knowledge of Linux and some patience to learn it.
