Are there really good videos or manuals on the net available for everybody to download? Is it really possible to learn it well online?
What procedure do you suggest me to go through to learn it in a way I can use it in the future for my field, researches and projects?
I'll be grateful if you provide me with your references and videos, if possible.

Esri has a lot of resources for you.
There are plenty web courses in their Training Catalog, many of them free, which can help. Look at the "Getting to Know..." and "Basics of..." in particular, but there are courses for a wide range of topics. (http://www.esri.com/training/main/training-catalog)
They also have lessons in video format. The "Understanding GIS" series would probably be a good place to start. (http://video.arcgis.com/channel/11/lessons)
The multitude of GIS courses on-line makes for a hard choice. In my rich GIS training and education career, I observed few students that completed a on-line courses successfully. My suggestion is to sign up for short GIS course (3-6 weeks) at a specialist polytechnic or academic institution (e.g. my faculty under profile) followed by an internship at a data-rich organisation.
If you aim at a research career, please be advised to check whether a course includes building the geodatabase for the GIS analysis including both primary and secondary data, different spatial resolutions, transformations of geographic/projected coordinate systems, raster and vector data, remotely sensed and and census data.

Thank you very much for your kind answers, do you know any institutions or academic websites that provide short online GIS courses both practical about working with applications such as ArcGIS and theoretical courses for free? Or if they're not free, do they provide the possibility to apply for a financial aid? Because the fee is really high for here considering the currency exchange rate and the banking restrictions as you might know. I'd be really thankful if you suggest me some of these institutions for I'm looking to have get some certified expertise and specializations.

I don't have any personal knowledge or experience with online GIS courses, but there are probably several places you can find free or low cost courses. I don't have any very specific recommendations but Esri, obviously, and Penn State are good GIS resources in general.
Esri has started offering free MOOCs (http://www.esri.com/landing-pages/training/spatial-analysis?utm_source=esri&utm_medium=redirect&utm_campaign=MOOC).
Penn State and Harvard have online tutorials available (http://open.ems.psu.edu/courseware, http://hcl.harvard.edu/libraries/maps/gis/tutorials.html).
Penn state also has a couple courses on Coursera (https://www.coursera.org/courses/?query=geospatial%20AND%20revolution&languages=en).
