I have theta, phi and r component of a field but i don't know how to make vector plots of them showing their special variation. For example Suppose i have Etheta , Ephi and Er i want to see a plot which shows how they change specially more specifically for fix theta how r and theta components changes.
@Mahboobeh Parsapoor I have seen that video earlier also but the problem is ihave to plot vectors, which can be done by "quiver in matlab" but the problem is it's for cartesian coordinate only(as far as i understood). So i have to transform my whole array of data to cartesian coordinate. So, I am searching for some alternatives...

If you want to plot simple vectors in spherical/cartesian coordinates, you have both options: use your algorithms with transformation commands (as in the attached website of David Arnold), or use available functions (quiver, polar,cart2pol, pol2car).
For more specific contents on signal processing, Matlab contains a toolbox called Phased Array System Toolbox useful for the study of signal propagation. I think this toolbox could be very useful for your purpose, to study propagation changes.
