Your question need a little clarification .If you want to plot multiple lines or curves on the same plot,I think it is not that much difficult(if it is not related to your field of study).

Eg, I tried to show using exponential decay problem(y=e^(B*x)) as follows.

b=[0.001 0.01 0.1];

i=[1 :1:length(b)];

x=[-10:1:10];

for i=1:length(b)

Beta=b(i);

for j=1:length(x)

y=exp(Beta*x);

end

plot(x,y);

hold on

end

xlabel('x');

ylabel('y');

Thanks Abera Derassa, I will try to work on this.. SIR model is a system of diff equations. It involves three differential equations but my focus is on the I compartment. The I compartment has S variable in it.
