Hello, I would like to analize my GCMS data files in Xcalibur but I can't find how to convert the *.d (Chemstation-Agilent) files to *.raw files (Xcalibur -Thermo).

I think you first need to output the original data in a universal format such as ANDI-MS or other format that your non-Agilent system can input.

In more details: on the Chemstation You can perform "Export MS Data to AIA". ANDI-MS or AIA are synonym names for the NetCDF format. Xcalibur and also its successor Chromeleon 7 allow to import NetCDF into their databases. For MS-support in Chromeleon You will need Chromeleon 7 or newer versions (7.1 or 7.2).
