I am working on technology adoption. I want to explore the moderating role of training on the relationship between the factors and the intention to adopt the technology. So, how can training be measured? How can I specify low and high levels of training if applicable in this context? Otherwise what other way can training be measured?

You can use Model 1 in Process Macro for SPSS for moderation analysis. Process Macro can handle data on ordinal/continous scale

You can also use SmartPLS 3 software to test moderators.
Moreover you can categorize your variable data into two or more groups and compare the models (results).
