How can I measure the online concentration of Ti3+ and Ti4+ in the mixture of TiCl3, H2O2 and hydrochloride acid?

Hello,

The solution is a mixture of TiCl3, H2O2 and hydrochloride acid, I would like to determine the change of concentration of Ti3+ and Ti4+ ions along time.
